Who We Are

EZ Mast was founded by professionals with hands-on experience in assembling a wide range of traffic control devices; from traffic intersections and overhead directional signs to lane closure systems and more. After years in the field designing, assembling, and maintaining these systems, we recognized a critical need: tools that make the job faster, safer, and more cost-effective.

We’ve seen firsthand the inefficiencies and risks involved in traditional installations. That’s why we created the EZ Mast tool, to simplify the process, reduce labor time, prevent equipment damage, and eliminate costly return visits for repairs.

Why We Built EZ Mast

Anyone who’s worked in the field knows the pain of feeding wires through bare-drilled holes in mast arms, cuts, pinches, torn wire insulation, and worse. These injuries don’t just hurt workers, they lead to lost time, light-duty restrictions, and expensive follow-ups like ER visits and additional staffing.

Beyond safety, exposed copper from damaged insulation often causes critical electrical issues. We’ve seen it send entire intersections into malfunction or "flash" mode, leading to traffic disruptions and urgent repairs.

That’s why we built the EZ Mast device, to do the job right the first time, every time.
Our solution replaces outdated methods that require pulling wires before installing protection like rubber grommets. With EZ Mast, just drill, insert, pull and you're done.
